We pack all our furniture very well but on rare occasions an item arrives damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, report it immediately once unpackaged, (within 3 days of arrival) take some photos of the damage to the furniture and the box and email them to us before you assemble it.
We will make things right for you, with a replacement or refund. Keep the original box & packaging to send the damaged item back.
