Do you have another shop on Etsy?

NO! This is my one and ONLY etsy shop and will remain my one and only etsy shop. The name of this shop will not change. Any other shops or users that may be claiming to be me, are doing so falsely.

I haven't received my reading yet

Readings are sent out during evenings and mornings EST time zone every day of the week. Orders are sent out within 24 hours or less of when they were purchased. I am usually away from the shop on Sundays. Sunday purchases may be sent out on Monday mornings. I am a heavily booked psychic, so please keep in mind, readings are sent out in the order that they are received. If you are in need of a fast response, please purchase an "Emergency Reading", as these are always responded to first. If for any reason you need to get in contact with me quickly, feel free to text my business phone number or business email provided with your order. :)

I have a problem with my order. How can I contact you?

For the fastest response to your order concern, if you are in the United States or Canada, please text: 315-308-0092 For International orders, please send me a message via Etsy conversations! Or to my personal business email provided with your order. :) Please send me a message prior to leaving a review and I will be happy to help with your concerns! :)

Psychic Readings Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are offered if you wish to switch to a different reading in the store. :) Simply send me a message to exchange your reading! Refunds are not typically offered, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order, as I want you to be satisfied! Please know, I cannot guarantee the outcome of life events. Psychic readings are for gaining perspective, insight and for the most likely outcome of life events. And for fun of course! :)

I am online during evenings and mornings EST time zone daily. Purchases made on Sunday will often be sent out Monday morning.

How long does it take to receive my psychic reading?

I am online daily! Orders are delivered within 24 hours or less of when they were purchased. I try to respond to everyone as soon as I possibly am able to. Please keep in mind time zone differences. I am in the EST time zone.
