LENGTH
- bracelet length is from end to end including the bead bar
- Wrap a tape measure around your wrist close to your hand. Then add 1/4" to this length for a regular fit and 1/2" if you like a slightly looser fit. As a reference for gift giving, the average size is 7", and you can always go slightly smaller than what you think and add a 1" extender chain.

14K Gold fill is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. It is durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish resistant, and a great alternative to "solid" gold jewelry that is reasonably priced. Looks great and if taken care of should last for many years!

925 STERLING SILVER
Sterling Silver by definition is .925 silver. It is a great silver option for those who don't wear gold. Sterling silver will tarnish from oxidation but with the proper care and cleaning can be brought back to a shine.

-The length is the TOTAL LENGTH of the necklace measured from end to end, including the bar if the necklace has one. A 16" necklace length will sit just under the collarbone(not a choker) on a slim/petite neck, so adjust from there for your body type and where you want it to lay on your chest : )

For the most accurate length we recommend to measure around your neck or wrist at the spot you want the necklace/bracelet to sit. Wrap a string or cord around your neck/wrist, then measure it. For bracelets add a 1/4" or 1/2" depending on a normal or looser fit.

Yes, we can engrave on both sides of bars/discs and charge $10 per bar/disc for 2nd side engravings. The option will be in a listing for "2 sides", or if it is not listed as an option, contact us prior to ordering for instructions how to order. When engraving both sides of a disc, they are not made to be worn reversible, the back is just to capture your special personalization : )

Yes, all sterling silver by nature will tarnish due to sulfur compounds found in many things. It can happen very fast as it is a "reaction" and not something that only happens over time. Perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, household cleaners, pools, and jacuzzis and sometimes just certain peoples skin oils or perspiration can cause tarnish(oxidation). Orders come with a polishing pad that will remove tarnish and bring it back to a shine. Just rub over the piece gently with that pad to remove the tarnish. Once the tarnish is removed or after wearing in general, its good to wash the bar every now and then with warm water and a mild dish soap. Just hand rub gently and make sure to completely dry it.

I absolutely LOVE this bracelet: it is beautiful and dainty and feminine. However, I'm not sure what went wrong with the sizing: I literally measured my wrist with a string but when it arrived, it was just a few cm's short, I felt that if I strained my wrist at all it would burst. I contacted the sellers who offered to fix it for a fee + shipping or the cheaper option was to buy an extender. Which I did, it fits beautifully now but is not quite as dainty with a few large chinks of chain added. Overall: adore the bracelet, disappointed it was a hint too small so I recommend buying but definitely round up when sizing.
