All returned items require a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you would like to make a return, contact us for the return address and your Return Authorization (RA) number. If an item is returned without a RA number may result in your return not being processed.

We thoroughly inspect all our jewelry; our goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We accept all returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day your shipment arrives. We DO NOT accept returned jewelry that is damaged or has been worn. All items must be returned in their original box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.

• Packages will be left if no one is available.
• Not recommended for residential deliveries.

We do not resize our rings. If you wish to resize your ring you should consult with your local jeweler. If there would be any reason you would wish to return the ring, we would not be able to accept it after it has been resized.

AVOID EXPOSURE:
Contact with household chemicals, perspiration, rubber, chlorinated water, or any substances which contain sulfur (e.g., mayonnaise, eggs, mustard, onions, latex, wool), will cause corrosion and tarnish — so it’s a good idea to remove silver jewelry when doing household chores.

Direct sunlight also causes silver to tarnish, so be sure to take off your silver jewelry before you go swimming and sunbathing.

Lotions, cosmetics, hair spray and hair products, and perfumes are also “enemies” of silver and will accelerate tarnishing.
