Item review

Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“I was at fault purchasing the wrong item, I wrongly assumed that the item could be changed to the date and age of the person. I fully accept blame. When I realized my fault and asked the vendor how I could correct it, (I would have been willing to purchase a new one) she was so aggressive and condescending that I wanted nothing more to do with her and her shop. She didn’t even answer how I could fix it, she just ranted how I was at fault. She even accused me of threatening her and her shop because I said I was going to warn Etsy shoppers. Hopefully she can learn how to effectively deal with customer relations, and enjoy a successful shop. I, however, will avoid this shop.”

Response from Mary Anne

I appreciate all reviews, but please be aware when a shopper lies and exaggerates on a review. I work hard on my designs, and make sure to deliver great customer service… and you can read about that in my other reviews! -.-.- This customer ordered a design, then after receiving it requested a completely different design. In my reply to her request I very politely stated that in order to receive a new design she would need to make a new purchase (note that I did catch some mistakes she made and fixed them for free). Unfortunately, I can’t afford to provide designs for free – this shop is how I provide for me and my family.
