(SVG FILES) Can I Cut the Files Using a Cricut Machine?

Yes, to be able to cut SVG files you'll need Cricut's Design Space software or Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL) software.

(SVG FILES) I'm new to using using cutters and cutting software, can you help?

Please DO NOT PURCHASE our files if you don’t have experience with SVG files. Our files are intended for experienced users. (SVG & EMBROIDERY FILES) Do You Offer Custom Designs?

Sometimes. If approached with a design idea that has general appeal, I’ll typically add it to the shop and charge between $2 - $6 (our standard digital file price). If you’re looking for a design that is very specific (without general appeal) feel free to ask, but I typically turn down those requests.

(SVG & EMBROIDERY FILES) Do You Offer Refunds?

• After a file has been downloaded, the file cannot be returned, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED. • Please DO NOT PURCHASE if you don't have experience with specific file types (ie. SVG files or embroidery files (PES,JEF,HUS,DST,EXP, etc.). • WE DO NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR CUTTERS, EMBROIDERY MACHINES, SOFTWARE OR COMPUTERS.
