All our custom made-to-order garments are non-refundable. We don't accept exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturing fault. If an item is believed to be faulty, please contact and notify us immediately. After confirmation by LILAC MOON BRIDAL WEAR please return the item in the original packaging by post. The faulty item will be repaired or replaced, in the same size and colour. We cannot accept returns of items which have been used or worn or are damaged or soiled or don't have the 'LILAC MOON BRIDAL WEAR' tags attached.

All our garments are made-to-order in standard sizes according to our Size Chart measurements and not to a customer individual measurements. Minor alterations may be required locally once your garment is received. A customer is responsible for making some alterations and their costs.

The colours of our garments are displayed as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens and we cannot guarantee that the color on your monitor will match the color of the product. Any irregularities in fabric, beading or embroidery are the result of the creation process and are integral to the beauty of this item.

Please note your package may be subject to Customs. Any duties or taxes will be responsibility of the customers but not LILAC MOON BRIDAL WEAR.

Before you submit your order please contact us for choosing a different shipping method, delivery quotes and timeframes confirmation. All shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for a product to reach the destination is not included in the lead time for processing each order. We are not responsible for shipping times once an order leaves LILAC MOON BRIDAL WEAR.

If you are based internationally we expedite a delivery via standard International Air Mail method with tracking and signature on delivery. We deliver to a physical address. The delivery will approximately take 5-21 working days. Parcel Post with Tracking within Australia - signature is require and must delivered to a physical address. The delivery will take approximately 1-13 business days.

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total so that we can partly recover the material and labor cost. If you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, we will issue a 90% refund.
