If you wish to cancel the order, please contact me within 24hours of final agreement (when given the go-ahead to add the pen). Refunds or exchanges after this are not possible (unless faulty) as it is a personalised illustration to you.

The process -
- Please message me the photos and any added text you may want added to the illustration.
- I will always do a pencil sketch first and get the okay off you before the pen. This is to make sure it's exactly what you want.
- You will get the original illustration and there are various sizes available.
- Frames are not included in the prices.
- The piece is NOT to be reproduced for personal or commercial use thank you.

Items are usually sent in a hard backed envelope apart from A3 sizes which will be rolled up and put in a postal tube. This is to reduce the risk of damage whilst in transit.

Royal Mail is use and items are sent as standard First Class. Delivery is usually 1 to 5 days of dispatch date.

Custom prints - A5 and A4 sizes posted in as hard backed envelope as standard first class, A3 sizes will be rolled up and sent in a postal tube. These will be sent as first class signed for.

Please keep in mind that postal disruptions do occur with strikes and bank holidays. These can all affect arrival of your order and these events are out of my control, but I will try help wherever possible.

I am trying to do my bit in using less plastic. Therefore instead of using cellophane backs in your order, I now use paper stripy bags which your item will come in. I joined a campaign called Naked Cards which you will see a stamp on your parcel. Its to increase awareness to reduce the plastic packaging in online orders.

Also my prints are made by recycled card, tea towels are 100% cotton with a card sleeve and my tote bags are made by 100% organic cotton.

All my products are printed and produced by UK companies. Reducing the amount of shipping and emissions.

Please be aware that as I am a seller in the UK and the UK has now left the EU, there are new rules in place.

If you (the buyer) has purchased outside the UK, you may incur extra charges from customs and import taxes and this is your responsibility, not (I) the seller. Also things are taking longer to be processed so your order may take a little longer to arrived. I ask for you to please be patient, but if your order hasn't arrived in 20 working days from the dispatch date, please get in touch.

Once its been posted, your order is in the postal service hands and is outside my control. But I will help where I can if an issue arises.
