I adore this meditation bench. I have a longer torso, so I got the tall version. It worked perfectly. If I ever need the height to be a little lower, I just fold a blanked and place it under my knees. Sharing for all the other long torso people out there. If you are like me, you might find the tall version more comfortable. Just for reference, I am 5’7.
