Highlights
Personalized custom handmade drumsticks turned one at a time, personalized by hand with woodburned text of your choice. I select each piece of wood for straight and consistent grain and turn them on my lathe. Since they are made by hand, no two will be exactly alike, but will be very close dimensionally, and in weight and feel. These sticks are made to be played, and have a look and feel that you'll only get with handmade.
After turning them, they are sanded silky smooth and given my signature chevron pattern, and the text of your choice with a wood burning pen. I sand them again with very fine paper, and finish them in several coats of Danish oil.
They are sold in pairs. The sticks shown in the pictures are a little over 1/2" in diameter, and 16" long - rockers! I offer burned-in text, also done by hand. Please let me know in "note to seller" what you would like the sticks to read. These make a great gift if you know a drummer. The drummer in my band (Nuisance) loves them, and uses them exclusively.
PLEASE NOTE: These are handmade from scratch... I don't make them until they are ordered. The finish I use on the sticks is a penetrating oil and takes up to a week to dry completely. The turnaround time is approximately 3 - 4 weeks - depending on my workload. They ship gift wrapped, and inside a stout mailing tube, USPS First Class.
