*Turn garment inside out. (This protects the heat transfer design from abrasion as garments rub together during the wash cycle.) *Machine wash cold. *Refer to the washing instructions on the garment label. (Improper care of the garment itself leads to a shorter lifespan of the vinyl.) *Lay flat to dry. (Do not put in dyer. The high heat in driers can cause much more damage to heat transfer vinyl than washing.) * Do not bleach/dry-clean. (Use a mild detergent.)

*Please see the item description as well as the sizing chart in photos on individual listings for size details. *Most Women's styles are fitted and tend to run small. It is recommended to size up. *Unisex tees, such as Raglans and Crews are true to size, but if you are looking for a more feminine fit, it is recommended you size down one size.

Custom and personalized orders

Most of the items in my shop can be customized. Please contact me with any questions you may have. There are no returns or exchanges on customized items.

All items are custom made-to-order just for you. None of my shirts are mass produced. Your time is important to me, therefore I try to get all orders completed and shipped as soon as possible. Turnaround times can depend on factors such as if I have your style of shirt in stock or have to order it from the warehouse, and how many orders are ahead of yours. My current turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days and then the item will be handed off to USPS for delivery.

Orders are shipped on or before the Scheduled Ship By Date which can be found on your order confirmation. Orders are shipped via USPS, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order ships. I am not responsible for orders once they are scanned / received by USPS. Choosing Priority Mail does not speed up the processing times, only USPS shipping times.
