We will not alter any customs forms in order to falsify any information for any reason. It is a criminal act to falsify official government documents in order to alter amount in taxes due, or for any other reason. Do not ask us to commit a criminal act so you can avoid paying your taxes.

I have a discount code that doesn't work, what do I do?

If you have a discount code that is not recognized any longer, message us through Etsy Messages and explain your situation. Please list the non-working code in the message. We will deal with each message on a case by case process.

Item not received...?

We provide tracking on all of our sales. Check your order details for the corresponding tracking number. In the rare case of your item showing delivered, but you haven't received your item, we suggest you do the following: -Check with neighbors to see if they got your package. -Contact your post office for details. (We cannot do anything about it ourselves. Once an item is shipped, we have just as much control of a package as you do. Meaning virtually no control at all!) -Report item stolen to police. The best way to catch mail theft is to report every incident! -Call your police department and file a report!!! -If an item is stolen, it is out of our hands. You will need to repurchase another item, we will not send you a free replacement.

Sailor Moon Gold Moon Compact

Description:
-Made of alloy metal, colored gems, gold chrome.
-Working compact mirror for adults to use for everyday use.
-One side of the mirror is a normal mirror, the other side is X3 reflection.
-Has a button to release the lock on the compact for easy opening. Latch holds compact shut while not in use.
-This is a prop for costume parties/cosplay events.
-The compact is 2.75" across and 3/4" at its thickest point. (The compact is a little bigger than the top of a soda can).

-Compacts may have tiny little scuff marks or mold marks (like a scratch) on them. That does not mean there damaged or rejects. It’s an unfortunate part of the manufacturing process that can not be avoided. It will not take away the beauty of this compact.

Other details:
The compact is very solid and heavy-duty. It has a very nice weight to it. Very sturdy for everyday use. An exact replica from the Sailor Moon show.
