This is a very high quality manzanita branch, carefully selected and packed by our staff for centerpiece use. Our branches are completely natural and not treated with any chemicals whatsoever. Shipping rate is within the continental USA only. Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam require additional shipping fees. This item may ship either USPS or FedEx. Fulfillment times are 24-48 hours, approximately. Once you receive your Etsy shipping notice, you will receive a FedEx tracking number within 24 hours. Transit times are 4-5 days to the East Coast. Destinations outside of the contiguous United States may take much longer.

When purchasing natural branches such as Manzanita, keep in mind that they are unlike other decorative branches used for floral design. Each one is an individual shape and sculpture, and may take on a variety of shapes and variations. Most professional centerpieces are created using several branches to achieve a full look, so always consider purchasing additional pieces. This needs to be a first consideration when purchasing your branches.

Characteristics of Natural (red) Manzanita:

- Peeling bark: During the Spring and Summer months, Manzanita bark will peel (just like eucalyptus trees do). This can cause patchy areas, which is natural and normal. To smooth out the color, use Design Master spray paint in the color of October Brown, available at Hobby Lobby and Floral Supply Syndicate. Lightly cover the affected areas until the desired color is achieved.

- Shape: shapes vary with each piece, harvest area, and time of year. Manzanita can typically grow wide and flat rather than symmetrically, although we try to always ship more symmetrical pieces..

- Branches: branches can vary greatly in diameter with each piece.

- Size: sizes are approximate and vary with each piece, harvest area, and time of year.

- Bark: color and condition of the bark will vary with each season, harvest area and time of year. Graying may occur over time, but not always. This can be corrected by using Design Master floral spray paint in the color of October Brown, available at Hobby Lobby and Floral Supply Syndicate.

- Age: Manzanita branches will last indefinitely (we have centerpieces in our showroom that are several years old). Cracks and splits will occur as the wood naturally cures, however this will not cause them to break in half, fall apart, etc. Using floral paint (Design Master paint, in October Brown - available at Michael's Crafts or Hobby Lobby) to add color into the splitting areas makes them practically non-noticeable.

- Leaves: leaves are mechanically or manually removed, depending on the current season, harvest or time of year.

CANCELLATIONS - OUR POLICY: Please note that you cancel your order AFTER it has shipped, you are still responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be for product only.

RETURNS - OUR POLICY: You MUST request an RMA number prior to returning your items. You have 48 hours to request your RMA number after the shipment arrives at the destination according to the FedEx tracking information. Requests after that period will be denied. Your RMA approval will be sent via email with instructions on how to return your order.
