If you would like buy digital download prints, please go through the checkout process as you'd normally do with any other purchase. After payment is confirmed a download page will appear where you'll be able to see all available files. You can also access your digital files at any time by going: You > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Choose the size you want (or all of them if you prefer) and download the files to your computer. Then send to your online printing store or take them to a local print shop.

How to download the files?

The files will be delivered electronically. After purchase, once payment has been completed, the print files will immediately be available for download on your Etsy account under 'Purchases and reviews' (http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). Within minutes of your order, an email will also be sent to the email address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for your download. Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, though, by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchase and Reviews. What size should I choose for my print?

Each item include several file sizes (proportions). These are all high resolution scaleable files, which means you can print them smaller or larger in full clarity and detail up to the max size we've listed for each ratio (in fine art quality you can print it in bigger size too). Check out the sizes in the item details section to make sure you get the best fit for your expectations. Tap on "Learn more about this item" under the "Description".

What kind of paper I should use for printing?

We recommend best type of print and paper that’s available to you. If you print image on a NATURAL WHITE or WARM WHITE paper the colors will be more warm and deep. If you print it on a BRIGHT WHITE paper (or PHOTO paper), the colors will be more cool. If you're looking beautiful quality we suggest printing on matt COTTON PAPER or matt cotton CANVAS using GICEE printing technique.

Where I can print my print?

You can print the images at home, your local printing house or simply by uploading them to an online service such as : Mpix, Shutterfly, FedEx, Costco, Staples, Walgreens, Snapfish. Deselect the option "automatic color correction" in your online print shop to get the right color. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature the artworks in our shop we accept returns, exchanges and cancellations when no file from the order was downloaded by you. If you have any issues with your print such as trouble downloading, errors, etc do not hesitate to let us know.
