Custom and personalized orders

In order to deliver the very best when it comes to heat transfer/adhesive vinyl creations, please allow a few days to a week for production. I understand the need to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why I ship immediately after production.

Does is really take 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for my order to be shipped?

Most of the time I have the shirt on hand and do not need to place an order online, however there are instances when I receive multiple orders at once and may need to order the specific shirt you want. My shirts usually only take a couple of days to come in and once they do I begin working immediately and will ship upon completion. In other words, your order will ship 99% of the time within 5-7 business days after the shirt has been ordered. Please note, this does not apply to scrub tops. They are shipped out within 1-2 business days.
