I received a email on June 28 to review my purchase. My purchase supposedly was shipped on June 8. It has not yet arrived and the package tracking tool sucks. I do not know where the package or when it might arrive. We are well past the 2 week shipping estimate. Hence, while I would be please to review the item, I CAN’T.

I ALWAYS give my clients an immaculate treatment but, what can I do when someone leaves a review like this without contacting me first to solve his problem?. I tried to explained him (after reading this review) that the parcel is on its way and that ALL parcels around the world are delayed due to Covid-19. It is also true that the tracking information, sometimes, it is not as good as we all would like but it is a very trusting way of delivery which ensures you the delivery. The parcel will arrive in the following days, he could have been a little patient, and at least know the name of the artist (which he doesn´t know) as he called me by a different name. I would love to sell my Art to people who appreciate not only the Piece of Art but the hands and mind of the Artist who created it!!!
