These handcrafted luggage tags are ready to start their adventure! I cut the leather from thick hides, etch, and paint each tag with my hands alone. Each piece will have it's own character and charm and will have slight variations.

* SPECIAL NOTE: Leather is a natural skin and is not waterproof. I apply leather conditioner to each piece, but that is for protecting and polishing the leather to give it a nice finished look. It does not make it waterproof. Like any leather, in time it will wear and show scratches. This is when I feel like the tags and keychains truly tell their stories and I love the authentic worn look. For those who may want to freshen up their product, any leather boot store or amazon sell leather conditioners. Leather conditioners are great for refreshing the leathers feel and disguising many surface scratches.

SHIPPING:

- I ship via USPS First Class mail to keep your cost down.

- Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 2-5 business days.

- International shipping time varies greatly depending on destination. I try to ship your tags out as fast as I can, but unfortunately, I have no control over the length of time a package takes to get to you once I mail it. I have noticed it reaches most destinations in 9-12 days. I cannot be responsible for any additional fees you may incur for your package to be delivered in your country. Certain countries are more likely to have packages held up in customs ( in UK and Spain this is common), depending on their procedures. This is out of my control and will not be responsible for packages caught up in customs. I find it just as frustrating when it happens, but there is no way for me to get in contact with customs, and the post office has also notified me they are unable to reach out to customs as well. Please be aware of potential hold ups and taxes when ordering.

Each tag and keychain is handmade with my two hands and that takes time, my turnaround time is 5-8 business days. Shipping transit time is in addition and depends on destination.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

All materials used are quality. I check and double check every piece before I ship it out to make sure it is up to my standards, and matches what you ordered. If you purchase a ready to ship tag with no customized wording or accents, I will absolutely refund your money within the first 5 days if you are not happy with the tag. Custom orders cannot be refunded, but please let me know if you have any issues.
