When will you ship my order?

Depending on what you order, processing times/turnaround time varies. If it is a solid wood sign, it will ship within 1-2 weeks. If it is a laser cut/engraved, turnaround time is 3-5 days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me to see what can be done.

How long does shipping take?

Before COVID Shipped first class, 4-7 business days Before COVID Priority mail, 1-3 business days THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO USPS SHIPPING DELAYS. Make sure your shipping address is correct on Etsy.

How will my sign arrive?

Every sign is carefully wrapped in kraft paper and then wrapped in cardboard.

*If you chose your own custom text, in notes to seller, write what you want on your sign.
A. After purchase, your text will be designed, using the same font and size of sign as the sign in the listing. You will receive a screenshot of the design, within 24-48 hours of purchase.
B. You will approve the design or ask for changes. 5 revisions are included with the price.

No two signs are alike and will vary slightly in appearance. Distressed signs, in particular, will have variation in looks because distressing is different with every sign as they are made by hand.
Variation can be expected because every piece of wood has its own rings, knots and "imperfections".
