Refunds and Exchanges Item must be returned within 3 DAYS after the buyer receives the item If you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.

Polished finishes are very hard to maintain and are only recommended on items that will be kept in a case or tray/stand. Copper and aluminum are both soft and will scuff and ding easily. Brass though will oxidize over time is relatively easy to clean and does not scuff as easily making it a great choice.

All our items are photographed in natural lighting, no harsh or fluorescent lighting is ever used. Photo's are taken in Macro for detail and may appear larger than they actually are. Please understand though we try our best to take the most accurate photos possible, we cannot know your individual monitor settings. Please see the many examples of different metals throughout our shop for the best overall color reference. We may use pictures of past orders as examples in our shop and for marketing and publication. We try to describe our items to the best of our ability and will photograph their flaws(if any) but remember that all our items are handmade by us and will of course show signs of such. I ship our items with Ukrainian state company Ukrposhta by registered airmail. Shipping time: - U.S. - 12-25 days - U.K. - 10-18 days - Canada - 21-45 days - European Union countries - 9-15 days ( excluding Italy - 20-35 days ) - Russia - 15-35 days - Australia - 21-45 days - New Zealand - 21-45 days - South Africa - 21-45 days - Israel - 10-18 days - Japan - 11-18 days - Other countries - to 45 days. ATTENTION! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 We can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

International delivery will be made by Registered Airmail. Ukrainian postal service "UKRPOSHTA" is a reliable company, which guarantees the quick delivery worldwide. - All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Kiev, Ukraine. It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation. Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: USA, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine. Custom Fees and Duties - Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

I can not track my order, in the post system of my country, how I can be sure that it was sent?

We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The copper rose is made by me entirely of copper and polished to a shine.
Rose has always been a flower of love and made of copper will be an indispensable gift for the 7th anniversary of the wedding.

Over time, copper will dull and it will be covered with a green patina that will decorate it even more.

The rose measures approximately 14 cm ( 5.5 inches ) from bottom of stem to the top of rose. The diameter, across the face of the rose is approximately 6 cm ( 2.4 inches).
The stem has an approximate diameter of 6 mm ( 0.23 inches).

It is also possible to create a bouquet from an unlimited number of roses. If you are interested, please contact me to discuss the details.
