You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

after 3 weeks from the date of shipment:
1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.
2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.
4. If the parcel is lost, and this confirms a written response to the postal of Ukraine, I do 100% refund.
5. Perhaps you have not taken away the package and package has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, you are responsible for shipping costs. Or I can do refund less excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees 5% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 5% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

If you have made payment but decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except for above-mentioned commission fee, as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller.

If your package mark as ''unclaimed'', it may be resend, or you may get refund (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees) - just write me about it.
