Why would I buy a digital file rather than an actual print?

1) You will save a ton of money! Hard copies mailed to you will cost 6-8x more than a digital file PLUS shipping costs. 2) You won’t have to wait for it to arrive in the mail! 3) Digital files are easy to print from home or send to any copy/print/photo shop. 4) You can save them and print them out as many times as you want!

How do I download my files?

If you purchased an "instant download", the files are automatically emailed to the email address you have with your Etsy account. (or the email address you used during checkout if you don't have an account) If you have an Etsy account, your files are also available in your account - You - Purchases and Reviews. Questions about how to download your files? Click here https://www.etsy.com/ca/help/article/3949 If you ordered a personalized item, I will edit the file and then email it to the email address on your Etsy profile. If you ordered a number of files, I will create a Dropbox folder for you and send you the link as the files will be too large to email.

If you ordered an instant download item, I can only issue a refund if the files have not yet been downloaded. (I can see on my end if the files have been downloaded or not) If I see that the files have been downloaded, I cannot issue a refund, sorry. If you ordered a personalized item, I can only refund the item if I haven't started working on it. Please let me know ASAP if you need a refund with a personalized order as I usually get started on them soon after the order has been placed. I thought I would be receiving an actual print, not a digital file. What do I do now?

I currently do not provide printing services; all the items in my shop are digital files. This information is clearly reiterated numerous times in each item description. Kindly review the item description thoroughly before making a purchase. If you have any inquiries about refunds, please refer to the question above. Should you require assistance in locating a printing service for your files, I am more than willing to help you find one!
