What’s your turnaround time? Can I get my files quicker?

My turnaround time is typically within 3-6 days (though I suggest you check my Shop Announcement for any changes or delays) from receiving all of the relevant personalisation details. Your files may be done sooner, but I can’t guarantee it, and I cannot expedite orders simply upon request. For urgent purchases, I do offer an additional 24 hour rush service (https://etsy.me/2pzC6iz).

I can't find my invitation files. Where can I download them from?

If you've ordered a personalised design, your files will NOT be available to download through Etsy. Once completed, they will be sent through to the email address on file with your Etsy account. If you don't have them once the turnaround time has elapsed, please first check your Spam or Junk folder - then pop me a message.

Can I have an invitation made in a language other than English?

Sure! You’ll just need to provide me with a FULL translation of all the relevant wording (including headings, etc). However, please note that on many designs there’s not too much room for a lot of additional text.

Where can I have my design printed?

You can print your files at any photo lab, with your home printer, or via an online service. If you're after a particular size or formatting (e.g. bleed marks) please do contact me prior to purchase to ensure I can accomodate your request.

Can you print my order for me?

My Print & Ship service is currently unavailable.

Will I see a proof image?

Unless you specifically request a proof, I only provide print-ready files. This is to prevent any unnecessary delays to you receiving your final design! Any changes not the result of my error will typically only be provided at a small additional cost, so please ensure all of your provided information is correct when ordering. Once the files have been completed & emailed through to you, any modifications NOT the result of my error will incur the following editing fee: https://etsy.me/3aFDfu9

Celebrate your little one's birthday in gorgeous, unique style! Check the second image for a close-up of the detail you can expect to see in a similar design. I will personalise this design for you to print and display your child's milestones as a precious memento or party decoration.

Upon purchase, please include the following information:
- Child's first name
- Child's birthdate
- Child's current height and weight
- Number of teeth
- 7-10 favourite things (can include books, movies, foods, etc)
- 4-6 'I can's (can include first words)
- 2-3 personality traits
- As well as the size you'd like your final files (11x14" or A3/11x16").

The quality of your finished product is highly dependent upon the quality of your image. A vertical/portrait orientated photo is best, ideally with a dark or otherwise plain background. If you provide a landscape/horizontal image, your design will be in this orientation, also. If there's not enough space at the top of your photo, the name & age banner may be partially covering the child's head - the more central your child is in the photo, the better!
