All pips + ivy products are created from pre-washed fabrics using environment friendly, dye and scent free, laundry soap. Products are heat dried to ensure no shrinkage of your item.

Care for your sheets by washing as you would your other linens (cold or warm is best) and dry on a low to moderate heat or hang to dry for longevity.

Shipping times:

Canada:
Regular parcel mail takes approximately 2-13 business days (depending on location). Within Canada - all packages are tracked.

USA:
Parcels can be shipped regular small package ( $12 CAD) OR Tracked package ($17.50 CAD). A tracked package is available at checkout.
Shipped using small package service (air mail) will take 4-9 business days.

Everywhere Else:

Packages are shipped small package air ( $14 CAD) OR expedited tracked package ($25 CAD) Small packet air will take approximately 4-20 business days depending on location.

A number of reviews of commercially made Baby Bjorn sheets comment about the sheets shrinking. Often it isn't the case that the sheet has shrunk, rather that putting these sheets on is not the same as with regular square mattress.

This is due to the tensile strength of the elastic being greater than that of the foam mattress (that's me getting all technical) in plain terms, when you first put the sheet on your mattress, your mattress may curl up.

To overcome this make sure the mattress is in the center of the sheet by turning it over and aligning it. I find if the gathering is focused more at the rounded ends than along the straight edges it helps smooth it out. Turn it back over and smooth it flat - problem solved :)

If your package was sent with tracking services and insurance, refund or replacement is guaranteed. If you chose standard shipping, I am not responsible for any loss- for either the cost of the item or shipping costs - if your package does not arrive. I will however work with you to find the best solution

With over 300 parcels, I have had only one order that was not delivered. Sometimes the postal service is slow and requires patience. I make my products quickly and sadly the postal service and speed of delivery is out of my control.
