This is a great visual tool for teaching young kids consequences! Give them motivation to have an "outstanding" day and maybe earn a treat. Talk about what each move down the chart might mean. Maybe a toy gets taken away for the day if they reach "needs work". Make them active participants in their discipline. Perfect for homeschool, in the classroom, or as a parenting tool with your preschool and kindergarten-aged kids.

I use chalkboard clips with my kids' names on them (not included) that I found at a local craft store. You could also use different colored clothes pins for each child. I recommend printing on thick cardstock, laminating, and displaying this chart somewhere your little ones can easily see it.
