Great customer service, Malak was very patient and helpful and worked with me until I got the rug I wanted. Beautiful rug, it took a while to get to the colour I imagined but we got there in the end and I’m very happy. I’d recommend asking for a picture of the rug to make sure you’re ok with it, as the first one that arrived looked darker than in the photos and I had to send it back. Also top tip if you’re ordering from the U.K., I had to pay duties of c£80 (on a big rug) so budget that in.
