When placing an order for a personalized item, please add your personalization in the "note to seller" box that pops up after you "Add to cart". If you select "buy it now" instead of "add to cart" you will have to email me with the information.

Absolutely! Most of my handmade items can be made to order in the color of your choice. If you have a custom color request, just email me and I will create a custom listing for you to purchase at your convenience.

All of my items come wrapped in cellophane tied with a jute string and some even have a little gift tag. I also offer really cute burlap bags for my smaller plaques as an upgrade. If you choose this option and want it wrapped and ready to go, with no pricing info included in the package, just let me know:)

I'm always happy to customize your order for you if I can. If you would like a color, size or phrase that you don't see listed, please convo me with your requests and I will get back to you right away with pricing and ordering instructions.

Size information is available within the listing of every item I sell. If you are unclear about available sizes or are interested in a size not mentioned, please convo me.

All of my signs, frames, baptism plaques and prints on wood panel can easily be cleaned or dusted with the wipe of a cloth. Please don't use water or cleaners.

All items will come carefully packaged in sturdy new cardboard boxes to protect them from damage during shipping. I offer several shipping options, which will be listed as options at checkout. Most items ship within 5 business days, and all ship within 10. If you need an item sooner, please convo me and let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs if possible.
