MY PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT.

I know it sounds crazy, but more often than not in this situation the package will end up showing up within a few days. Either it was delivered to a neighbour, or just still with your mail carrier. So please be patient for a few days. Calling your local post office (not the 800 number, but your town’s post office) seems to help in these situations. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace any orders that have been marked as ‘delivered’ .

1) Clean gently olive wood products with a sponge, in warm water, using a dish-washing soap.

2) Dry thoroughly and immediately after rinsing.

3) Rub your olive wood product with mineral oil 1x every 3 months : Dip a towel into the oil and gently rub, using a circular motion, over the surface of the wood.

4) Wipe off excess oil with a soft lint-free cloth or a clean towel.

5) Do not leave olive wood soaking in water .

6) Do not expose the product to heat or sunshine.
