Soy candle wax has what’s called a memory. That means that when you burn a soy candle and then extinguish it, the next time you burn it, the soy candle wax will melt across as far as it did the first time.

This is why it is so important to allow soy candles to burn all the way across to the edge of the container the first time you burn it before putting it out. This ensures that your soy candle does not “tunnel” as it burns, leaving wax along the sides of the container.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping. If you are going to leave the room or go to bed, be sure to extinguish all candles first.

If burning an herbal ritual candle, remove herbs before lighting.

Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For safety measures, stop burning a candle when there is ¼ inch of wax left in the vessel.

If burning multiple candles, place each candle at least three inches apart from one another. This is to ensure they don’t melt one another, or create their own drafts.

Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Before re-lighting, let the candle cool, trim the wick, and check for unwanted drafts

We recommend ordering by 12/15 However, we can not guarantee delivery dates by 12/25 given increasing shipping delays every year.

We dropped off your package the same day the label is printed.

USPS will provide an estimated delivery date once your package is scanned for the first time. If your package is showing “pre-transit” rest assured it has been dropped off, and waiting to be sorted by USPS.

Unfortunately we don’t have any additional information you’re not able to see from the given tracking number and the delays are beyond our control as we get all of our orders shipped within our 3 business day processing time.
