Gift wrapping and packaging

Cookies are heat sealed in individual cello bags and will remain fresh and tasty for 2-3 weeks. Cake pops are individually wrapped on cello bags with curly ribbon or a tie. They will remain fresh for 2 weeks. We offer ribbon, tags or favor packaging at an additional cost and we also have gift box options in both kraft and white. Seasonal favor items i.e. Christmas, Halloween, Back to School, etc. may include ribbon and/or tags or gift boxes.

Wholesale availability

We do not offer wholesale pricing. Decorated Cookies and Cake Pops are labour intensive, made to order and baked from scratch with the freshest ingredients, which ensures your cookies will taste as good as they look.

How far in advance should I place my order

We recommend you place your order at least 2 week in advance, but please keep in mind that busy times, such as holidays and and large orders, should be booked 3-5 weeks in advance. That being said, if you have a cookie or cake pop crisis, please feel free to reach out and we will always try our best to help you out. We will take as many orders as we can. **Before ordering send us an email to check availability**.

What is the minimum number of cookies I can order, and how many different designs per order can I choose?

The minimum order is two dozen cookies of the same design. Each set can have up to 7 different designs. There is no minimum order required on seasonal items i.e. Christmas, Valentine’s day, Easter, Mother’s day, Father’s Day, Back to school, etc. and a combination of designs can be ordered. Please read the description of each posting/item for more information.

How are cookies shipped

Decorated Cookies are fragile and we pack each cookie with extreme care with bubble wrap for transit. Shipping fees depend on the location and number of cookies being shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process and cannot guarantee the delivery time and/or condition of our decorated cookies upon arrival as we do have no control over how Canada Post handles them. You assume all responsibility/liability for delivery of your package once it leaves our shop. Delivery delays, weather delays and postal strikes etc. are all beyond our control. We do not offer a refund in any of these cases.

Payment in full is required to hold a date. We take Etransfer within Canada, PayPal and all major credit cards through our Etsy shop. We can also send you an invoice that needs to be paid within 24 hours to hold a date/product. No payment no order processing or date holding.

How are Cake Pops packed

Our cake pops are individually wrapped in cello bags with a tie or curly ribbon and in a dome or bakery box. Cake pops are very carefully packaged for shipping so they do not get smushed, smashed or trashed. We use Bubble wrap and the 2 box method for extra protection. **In hotter months extra packaging will be required to prevent melting (thermal/cooler bag and or ice packs). Additional costs may apply.**

How long do the cookies stay fresh for?

Cookies can be stored at room temperature in their original heat sealed cellophane bag for 4-6 weeks, but are at their best within the first two weeks.

Do you guarantee nut-free/other common food allergen-free cookies?

For health and safety reasons we can not guarantee our foods to be free of allergy-causing foods (gluten, egg, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, alcohol, corn, etc.).

Will I be charged customs fees?

United States orders (UPS Worldwide Express – DDP): Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the seller and included in the purchase price when shipped via UPS DDP. As these are food items, orders may still be subject to U.S. customs or FDA inspection, which can occasionally cause delays beyond my control. All other destinations: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

***Cancelled orders are subject to non refundable Etsy fees.***

If ordering large quantities please place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to allow time for creating the best cookies for you and for shipping them out in a timely manner.

Pick Up/Shipping and Minimum Order

If shipping your cookies there is a minimum order of two dozen (24) cookies. Local pick up minimum order one dozen (12) cookies.

All cookies are shipped via Canada Post.

Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, shipping is taking longer (more than 2-3 weeks). Plus the 2-3 weeks required to bake your order. Please plan accordingly.
