We highly recommend you to go to a local jewellry store to have your size measured. It's the safest way to get an accurate size for your ring.

Due to every item is MADE-TO-ORDER, we do not take returns or exchange normally unless there is a craftmanship defect. If you received your order in a wrong material, size or style, please contact us in 48 hours and we will be fully responsible for your satisfaction. We reserve the right to decline the returns if the item shows any signs of used or the item does not come back in the original conditions, or if the return is requested after the allowed 3 days. A 40% restocking fee will be charged If you wish to return a nondefective item. We are sorry that you are not getting a full refund back for returning a nondefective item but we work several weeks for each piece and we do pay ourselves a living wage to make jewelry.

If there is a craftsmanship defect with your ring size, we are able to resize it for free or refund you partly so you can resize at any local jewellry store to avoid the risks of shipping this item globally.

If you ordered a wrong size, we recommend you to resize it at a local jewellry store. Most of our rings are easily resizable for a skillful jeweller. If you are unable to solve it locally, you are welcome to contact us and we will be charging a small reasonable fee to resize your jewellry.

Some designs and settings, like our eternity rings, are not resizable. All rings can only be resized within a limited range (we can size up or down for 1.5 sizes at most).

Cancellations can be requested free of charge within 24 hours. After 24 hours of purchase, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. After 48 hours of purchase, a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. We do stick very firm to our cancellation policies timeline, as long as you get in touch within 24 hours you will get a full refund.

To ensure a long-lasting beauty, we suggest you to remove your fine jewelry piece before showering, hand washing, gardening, cooking, exercising, using cleaning chemicals, applying makeup and lotions, swimming. Exposure to any harsh chemicals or heavy pressure will put your jewelry at risk and may result in a permeant damage.

Please always keep your Ethiopian Opal jewelry away from water, chemical liquids, oil and heat. And do not wear opal jewelry while cooking, washing hands, taking showers, swimming or any physical activities that will put the stone at a risk of damaging. We are not responsible for the damage if the jewelry was mistreated by the user.

We understand that things happen in life. Don’t panic, in most of the time, the ring can be repaired. Please contact us and we will provide an estimate for the repair and guide you through how to send the piece to us for the service.

In most of the case, we are able to take a small reasonable fee ( issues that are unrelated to the main gemstone) for repairing or cleaning your jewelry. The cost for shipping is your own responsibility, both to us and back again.

If the center stone is lost or damaged
We can normally help you source a new stone. However, the cost of replacing a new center stone will cost about 25%-35% of the original price. Please refer to our care instructions to avoid any potential risks of damaging your jewelry.

If the shipment arrived at your address but was unable to be delivered due to any personal reasons ( for example: the receiver was not home or the buyer left an incorrect address etc), the responsibility is on the buyer's side to contact the local PO to resolve the issue. In this case, if the shipment was sent back to the sender, the buyer will have to pay a new shipping fee in order to redelivery the item. And the item will only be scheduled a redelivery once we successfully receive the item back.
If the item gets lost or damaged during the way back to the sender, it will be at the buyer's responsibility to cover the loss.

We therefore strongly recommend the buyer to keep tracking your shipment and pick it up asap.

Our 60 days manufacturing warranty service covers:
1. Replacing lost accent stone(s) for free within 60 days from delivery date.
2. Correcting any craftsmanship defects.
Our 60 days manufacturing warranty does NOT include:
1. Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma. Our warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, resulting loss of gemstones, bent prongs or any artificial abuse.
2. We do not cover damaged, stained, lost or chipped center stone unless the defect is present upon arrival. You must notify us within 2 days of receipt if the center stone arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition.
3. Repair, sizing, or other service performed someone other than us will automatically void all warranty.
