Made of the large mainly white or some red or blue paying cards print with black background cotton fabric between interface with silver hair clip, it is sturdy, lightweight, and fits comfortably on your head.

I stitched the cup and saucer all the way around.
Used INTERFACING for both side of fabric to make the right strength.
