Orders of 3 cards/stickers or fewer may not have tracking unless a tracking upgrade is ordered at checkout, so make sure to choose tracking if you’d prefer it. Orders of 5 or more cards, art prints, pins, mugs, tees, or other gifts will automatically include tracking within the US. Mugs, tees, and totes will ship separately. International orders may or may not have tracking.

Please note that tracking does not always necessarily show the current location of the item, and is not always updated regularly.

We send out cards, pins, and stickers within 1-3 days, usually same or next day. Mugs, tees & totes are sent out separately within 2-7 days, but may take extra time if backordered. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks shipping time within the US, or 5 weeks for international orders.

We're happy to add your custom text inside cards at no extra charge, or include a gift note with gifts. Just mark your card or item as a gift at checkout, and add your gift message in the gift message box, and be sure to sign it.

By default, any gift note written in the 'gift message' section at checkout for card orders will be printed inside the card. Please let us know in the notes to seller comments field or convo us if you'd prefer a different option :)

Customized cards or cards with a gift note added in cannot be returned.

Our cards are printed on premium, sustainable FSC certified stock. Our envelopes are 100% recycled and FSC certified. We use 100% renewable power in our studio to create and ship our items, and we use recycled, reused, or environmentally friendly packaging whenever possible.
