Worldwide delivery can take up to 18 business days for Parcel Post and 5 business days for Express Post, and this does not include processing time.
Australian orders are delivered in up to 7 business days.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries and, once dispatched, they are responsible. If your address is incorrect or your parcel is marked as unclaimed and returned to us, there is an Australia Post Return to Sender Fee of $10.65 which we will forward to you. Please double check your address!

Buyers are responsible for any inbound duties/VAT/customs fees charged by their country.

Despatch items back within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, new and unused. Shipping charges to and from the customer are non-refundable and their full responsibility.

No refund for personalised custom-made items because you're getting "work in progress" photos and know exactly what you'll get.
