CANCELATION+++++++ - If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 12 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%. - If after the order has passed more than 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 80% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission). - If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price. - If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.

Custom and personalized orders

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for this item. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help find an appropriate solution. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will be happy to offer a refund or replacement where appropriate. In case a return is mutually agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.

Custom and personalized orders

All custom orders, including personalized and engraved items, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or because they were unclaimed will be refunded minus a 10% fee and the original shipping cost. Custom orders are non-refundable. If you would like us to reship a returned parcel, we can do so. The buyer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
