Printing directly on envelopes adds a beautiful, professional touch. However, if you've never done the process before, know that it can take some time to get it right. You need to get all the settings for printing on an irregular size aligned properly, and then once you've mastered that, it still takes quite a bit of time to print the envelopes one by one. It is a lengthy process but well worth the time!

Here's how it works:

1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Type your address information. The field for the names will automatically uppercase and space the letters as shown in the pictures. Then you're ready to print . . . .

3 - Within the Page Size and Handling section of the Adobe Reader Print Dialogue, check Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size. At that point, you may be good to go. However, some people find they need to set the specific envelope size within their printer settings. You can do a test envelope and see. If it doesn't print properly, you'll need to set the size in your printer properties (accessible from the Print Dialogue).

4 - Once your process is perfected, repeat the process for the return address on the reverse side.
