Simplicity 5627 Girls' Ruffly Blouses in 4 styles

All views have stand up collar and set in sleeves gathered to armholes. Self ruffled V 1 and eyelet trimmed V 2 have left side button closing. V 2 has long sleeves with elastic casings. V 1 and 3 have long sleeves buttoned at lower edge. V 3, 4 and 5 have buttoned front band. Eyelet and ribbon trimmed V 3 has ribbon drawstring through waistline casing. V 3 and 4 have tucked yoke. Lace trimmed V 4 & 5 have sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V 4 has long sleeves. Self ruffled V 5 has elbow length sleeves.
