Ready to ship items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received.

For custom orders please allow me 5 to 15 working days after received payment to finalize and ship your order.

Should you need ring resizing or adjustment sizing of a necklace or bracelet exchanges are available after the original item has been shipped back. The shipping cost is charged on the customer.

To avoid sizing issues, please make sure that the size of the necklace, bracelet or ring is correct before placing your order.

I am happy to accept custom orders, but due to the fact that each item is handmade and not mass produced it can happen that the color or size of the stone (if applicable) or the shape of a particle will be slightly different. However, I will make the replicate as perfect as possible as it is pictured of the listings.

All prices for gold items refer to 14 karat gold. Please contact me to get the price for 18 karat.

If you are unhappy with your order (which I hope will never happen :) please contact me and refund can be arranged within 30 business days after your package has arrived. A refund can be made after the jewelry is sent back. In case of returning item please send the tracking number of the shipment.

Solid 14K or 18K gold items that are returned 10% of restocking fee will be charged.
