Does a shipping upgrade help shorten the processing time?

No, it does not. Regardless of the shipping method that is chosen, my processing time remains the same as what is indicated in the listings. The upgrades only affects the speed of which your item is delivered once it has been shipped.

Custom and personalized orders

I am currently accepting custom orders.

When will my order be ready to ship?

Scheduled shipping dates are shown on your receipt after your order has been placed. I have up until that due date to mail out your order. Please be aware of the current processing time. If you need your order sooner, please contact me.

Refunds are issued if one of the following occurs: > Item(s) are damaged during shipping. Please send proof of damage through pictures. > There is an error with the item(s) that are received which is made by me. I am not responsible for typos that are made by the customer. > Incorrect item(s) is received and there isn't enough time to create and resend a new one. Requests must be made ASAP. Other types of request may be approved depending on the situation. Refunds are not available if it is affiliated with USPS shipping delays, etc. Once an order has been shipped, it is completely out of my control as to when it arrives. I try to do my very best to get orders out by their due date (due dates shown in your order receipt).

Need your order by a certain date?

If you need your order by a particular date, PLEASE contact me. I am more than happy to work with you to see if you can receive it in time. You can also let me know in the "notes to seller" box when placing your order. As long as you contact me and let me know the date that you have in mind, I will do my very best to get it to you. However, I will let you know if I wont have enough time to complete it. In addition, if a date hasn't been discussed previously before shipment, I cannot be held responsible if the order arrives late. *Unless rush dates have already been discussed, orders will be shipped by their original scheduled due dates.

Have a particular size canvas in mind?

The majority of canvas listings include the following sizes: 8x10, 10x10, 12x12, and 11x14. Some also include 16x20. If there is a particular listing that does have the size you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact me. I can create a custom listing for you if you want a particular size. In the past I have created 16x20, 18x24, and 22x28 canvas signs, so if any of those sizes appeal to you please send me a message. I'm happy to accommodate you any way that I can :)

If, for some reason, I have to cancel your order...

Rarely do I have to cancel an order, unless a customer requests so. However, depending on the situation, I may have to cancel an order due to the following reasons: >> A customer requests a cancellation (please refer to shop policies) >> If I am unable to complete your order by a certain due date that was previously discussed >> If the order is missing information in which I cannot complete the order, and I am unable to reach the customer >> Or any other reason that may arise I do ask that you check your Etsy account from time to time, because in some cases I will need to contact you in regard to your order. I will try to contact you through Etsy Messages. *Refunds will be provided

What if the item(s) I received are incorrect?

Unfortunately, mistakes may occur on a rare occasion. Although I do my best to ensure everything is correct before your items are sent, there is still a chance for human error. If this does happen and a mistake has occurred on my part, PLEASE contact me ASAP. I will do everything I can to remedy the situation so that you are completely satisfied. I ask that you please (out of respect) contact me prior to leaving a review. I find it unfair when poor reviews are left before any contact has been made prior to leaving a review. As I mentioned, I will do all that I can to fix the situation if I am responsible.
