HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the desired number of characters. Please note that pets count as characters. If you have 6 people in your family and 2 pets, that equals 8 characters.

2. Leave a note in the “notes to seller” box when checking out with any customizable features:
- Family last name
- 'established' date
- names of characters (if you want the names under the individual characters)
- PLEASE SEPCIFY WHICH BACKGROUND YOU’D LIKE IN THE ‘NOTES TO SELLER’ WHEN CHECKING OUT. (OPTION 1-6)

3. Complete check out.

4. Prepare to email photos of each character, or a group photo you would like me to go off of, to sagefoxdesigns [!at] gmail.com or in an Etsy message.

5. Once payment, picture(s), and information are received, I will send you one (1) proof for your approval by email. Review the proof for any revisions.

6. Request revisions, or confirm that everything looks good. You then will receive an EMAIL with (1)JPG. NOTE: You will be only given 2 revisions (any error on my part will not count).

If you have purchased a custom product and you do not respond to any of my emails within 30 days of purchase, your portrait will be marked as "Completed". No refund or cancellation will be given, but I am more than happy to finish your project at a later date once a reply is received. Your satisfaction is my priority.
