We dispatch within the Etsy 'ship-by' dates. We offer various Royal Mail delivery options for all UK orders and these can be chosen in the cart if purchasing. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent by the Royal Mail International Standard service (NO TRACKING) or you can choose the Royal Mail 'tracked and signed-for' option (WITH TRACKING). We do dispatch quickly however the carriage time is in the hands of the delivery company. After posting WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays by couriers. A home address is best as a workplace address may receive a signature but not be given over to you. Overseas customers should be aware of their own import requirements and any potential import tax or charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will my order arrive?

We hand-make and dispatch our orders within the Etsy 'ship-by' dates. Once posted the parcels are governed by the courier services practises. The shipping option chosen in the cart for delivery of course in part determines the transfer times of the parcel. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for courier induced delays after the parcels dispatch date. We are also NOT RESPONSIBLE for any import/export customs delays or charges.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No we don't, however if you have any problems with your order please make contact with us and we will see whether we can help you.

Custom and personalised orders

We accept custom and personalised orders depending on the requirements. We have in our shop a custom listing which is specifically for creating unique personalised items. International Shipping

We hand-make all items to order and dispatch within the Etsy 'ship-by' dates. *** For 'INTERNATIONAL STANDARD' deliveries there is NO TRACKING AVAILABLE, but there is an option to upgrade your postage to the 'Tracked and Signed for' service to ensure safe delivery of your item **** Please allow international orders anywhere between 5 to 21 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. However, we have regularly known parcels to travel from our studio in the UK to the USA within a week. A slower transfer is generally as a result of a courier, customs issue or busy seasonal holiday periods. Orders that go astray we have to allow time for them to be returned to us before we can replace or refund them (exceptions at our discretion).
