YES, you can change the font size and color by highlighting the text and hitting Cmd/Cntl+E to get the font options. Please note that the text placement is fixed and cannot be changed. Additional lines of text also cannot be added.

Please close the PDF out of the browser or other PDF program and go into the Adobe Reader program. Then use Cmd/Cntl+O to open the PDF. As above, this issue arises because the PDF is not open in Adobe Reader (free) or Adobe Acrobat (paid) or you are not on a Mac or PC computer. Please go into the Adobe Reader program on your Mac or PC computer, then use Cmd/Cntl+O to open the PDF.
