Extremely disappointed. Ordered this item on 12/4 for a Christmas announcement (with plan to travel with item on 12/20). Was given delivery window of 12/11 to 12/18, but did not receive item until 12/23. It was too late and hubby and I had to purchase others items to improvise. Now I have this personalized item that’s not useful anymore. Waste!!! Horrible delivery and tracking services! Will never order from this shop again!

So sorry for this situacion. I did everything what I can. Made and sent on time. But it was Christmas time and I think this is the reason why shipping was a little longer. I saw that your ornament was in USA on 12/13. And everything was in hands of the USPS
