How to download files?

Please go to your profile... After purchase, the print files will immediately be available for download on your Etsy account under 'Purchases and reviews'. Within minutes of your order, an email will also be sent to the email address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for your download.For help with downloading your file, see https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

How do I print the files?

You can print the files: 1. Print your artwork from your home or office. 2. Email your files to your favorite local print shop. Staples, Office Depot, Costco, FedEx Kinkos 3. Upload your files to an online print service. WHCC.com, Shutterfly.com, Mpix.com, Prodpi.com

Can I get a different size of the print?

Yes you can! For digital art, I will customize your print to the size you need for no extra cost. If you need a different size, then write me the size, in the 'add a note to seller' field in the ordering process. I will then resize your print and send you a separate download link for your custom size print file, in an Etsy message.

What printable file will I receive?

You will receive 5 high res JPEG files in various sizes. Please see the listings for file details.

Where to buy frames? UK

We often get questions on how to frame the print we sell. While you can take a print to the framing shop- this is not always an affordable option. WHERE TO PURCHASE FRAMES UK 1. Ikea- offer the largest range of frames. Look out for conversions as they sell frames in centimetres rather than in inches. 2 Wilkinsons- best for budgets, great range of sizes and frame colours. 4.Tesco- less choice but their frames are good quality and mostly come with mounts. 5. Habitat- not as cheap as others but you get what you pay for! You will notice that frames always state the size of the frame and the size of the mount aperture (or window!)inside. Take time to read these before purchase.

What paper should i use?

It’s a personal choice. I recommend the heavyweight, matte photo paper or white satin. Most printing places have these types of paper: - Ultra-white paper - Bright white 250(+)gsm fine art paper You can also select them at most online printing websites.

How to open a zip file?

If you're using WINDOWS: Right click on the zip folder, then choose "Extract all.." (remember where you save the files, so can easy find the files later on your PC) If you're using MAC: Double click the zip folder. Create a new folder, and move the zip into there. Then use terminal and the command line "unzip" command
