What is a murder mystery?
Murder mystery games are generally party games wherein one of the partygoers is secretly playing a murderer, and the other attendees must determine who among them is the criminal. Our games are scripted so that all guests can play the game but interactive enough so that your guests can relax and have fun.

Can I host it without knowing who the murderer is?
Yes! All of our games follow flexible formats that allow them to be reused and played so that the host can be involved!

I run a hotel or business, is this game suitable for me to use for my guests?

How does it work?

Send your guests their invitations along with their character information sheets. These have been designed to send via email or in a traditional print format. Don’t forget to include the basic information such as time, date, location, dress code etc.

Choose your format for the night. A three-act murder mystery works well throughout a dinner party or for a drinks reception. A dinner party menu can be developed to match the theme of the murder mystery. The game is more challenging when played as a drink reception, and a dinner party is a good format for first-time murder mystery hosts.

This was a lot of fun, mostly because my friends were such good sports and got in to character. However, as others have noted, there were typos and some plot holes. One of the characters especially was missing responses to questions. Overall, a fun experience. But not to be taken too seriously, as some of it really made no sense.

Our friends enjoyed dressing their roles and getting together virtually for a murder mystery! I liked that the game let you choose who the murder was and gave different scenarios if they were guilty. It would have been helpful and fun if evidence packets were provided to spice up the investigation.

Hosted this mystery for a virtual Halloween party and we had a great time! The funniest parts were the costumes and the horrible accents we all attempted! Just a tip: I think it's best to have everyone ad lib a bit based off the characters to extend the game slightly. :)
