Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for Custom or personalised orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges are only available according to stock levels.

Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause. If there is duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due.

UK parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until 10 working days after the last estimated arrival date given.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items in stock and for custom orders I will discuss processing times with you when we are discussing your order.

Estimated delivery times after despatch
UK: 1 - 6 business days
Rest of the World : 2 - 8 weeks

I try my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, as circumstances outside my control may cause delays, for example Christmas volumes, Bank Holidays, strikes or bad weather.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, etc that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs.
