Can you make something unique for me?

We're happy to work with you to create a custom map print for any city that you'd like in any color you want!

What happens if the package is damaged or lost?

If your order is damaged or lost, we will print and reship at no cost to you once we receive photos of the damages. We then have to make your item again, which can take a few days.

Wholesale availability

We love working with stores, especially because our products are local! Message us for details.

What is the processing time?

Our processing time is usually 3-5 business days, but sometimes framed items, custom items, and canvas prints take a little more time. We make everything from scratch so we ask for patience while creating your order!

Will you send a proof before printing?

We will send you a proof within 48 hours after purchase to make sure you're happy with the design before shipment. We will need to receive confirmation from you for the proof within three days or we will need to cancel the order.

Will you call the shipping company on my behalf?

No, we're sorry, but we're unable to call the shipping company on your behalf. We have a small staff and all of your tracking information is included when the order is shipped, so we ask that you call the shipping provider with any questions. If there's a major issue, such as a lost package, please contact us and we'll help with a reshipment.

What if it's shipped to the wrong address?

If the address was sent to the wrong place due to our error, we will ship one out and pay the cost. If it's due to your mistake, we will have to create a new one for you and ship it out, and we charge 50% of the item cost + shipping for this.

Can I change the shipping address?

We will accept address changes within 1 business day of your purchase. If your request comes after that, we will try out best, but we can't guarantee that the address will be changed.

What if my item has incorrect information on it?

If this is due to our mistake, we will recreate your item and ship it to you at our expense. If it's due to your mistake, we will correct the problem and ship to you at a 50% off price + shipping.

Seller's description

You'll love this amazing custom lake house pillow! If you're looking for a great house warming gift for someone who bought a new lake home, this is perfect! We take their family name, the outline of the lake, and put a heart on the location of the home to create a one of a kind pillow.

The pillow comes in two sizes measuring 12"x20" or 18"x18", and is made from 100% polyester. They are individually printed, cut, and sewn right here in the USA. They are a double sided-print, and have a concealed zipper and are machine washable. The pillow insert is included as well.

Please send over (all in the order notes when you order):

1. The color you'd like of the lake in the order notes...the color in the photos is Gray-Blue.
2. The family name
3. The lake
4. The address of the house

Actual colors might vary due to monitor settings.
