No physical items will be shipped, you will be given access to a download link from Etsy on our behalf once purchase is complete.

The digital files will be sent to your Etsy account for download once your payment has been processed, usually within 15-20 minutes of your purchase. You can download the files by going to “Your Account” > “Purchases”. Scroll down, look for your purchase order with us, and download the zipped file from link provided (Files ready to download).

Once downloaded, the file will need to be unzipped and extracted. Please ensure you understand the process for unzipping folders. It is a fairly simple process on computers like Windows and Mac PCs and Laptops. Tablets and phones might require additional apps to be installed in order to extract files.

Also, an automated e-mail with download information will be sent to the e-mail address you have on file with Etsy. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk inbox.
