Many people want to purchase a unique piece of jewelry and sometimes they have their own unconventional and creative ideas. Please send a detailed description of your idea and I will get back to you with a price quote. The creation process can take from 4-8 weeks depending the complexity of design.

All my rings are designed with comfort fit interiors. They are easier to pass the large knuckles when putting the ring on and off. Comfort fit rings are much more comfortable to wear. On the other hand, the comfort ring size can differ from standard fit ring sizes. Get your ring size checked at your local jeweler for a comfort fit size before placing an order. Please note that tungsten rings cannot be resized once made. Different countries and regions are using various sizing systems. For customers outside of North America, we can convert your international ring size to a US ring size if you provide us with the inside diameter or circumference of your ring size in millimeters.

I am offering customized tungsten rings in my shop but I believe it is my responsibility to give a full disclosure of tungsten properties. Tungsten are hypoallergenic, stand against normal tear and wear very well, permanent polish, and can't rust or corrode. Tungsten is the hardest material used in the jewelry industry, but they are NOT indestructible. They can shatter with an impact. Keep the rings away from any kind of moisture or chemicals. I do not offer a warranty for any broken or damaged rings.

Questions about Custom Engraved Rings

I am able to turn your plain wedding ring into a customized one of a kind jewelry piece. Laser engraving is easier to read and will make your ring very special. Laser engraving on tungsten never wears off because tungsten is a scratch resistant metal and the laser engraving is permanent. The majority of people ask for an inside engraving but it all depends on your personal preference. I am offering an option of free text engraving on all my products. In addition, I am also offering custom fingerprints, soundtracks, handprints, footprints, hand-written messages, etc which you will need to contact me beforehand to get a quote. Just send me the image and description of what you desire. The engraving can be done on the interior or exterior.

When a product is shipped to another country the amount of taxes people will pay depends on the value of the goods. The purpose of custom duty taxes is to protect each country's economy, residence, jobs, environment, etc. To find your local tax rate, contact your local postal facility or customs agency.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it. Any used or damaged rings WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A 25% restocking fee will apply for non custom made rings. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. There will be no return or exchanges for customized jewelry, special orders, rings with engravings, and rings with gemstones.
