Vermeil is solid sterling silver that has been heavily plated with 22k gold. It looks like solid 22k gold, and with proper care it will continue to look like solid gold for years. 14k gold fill is jewelers brass that has been "filled" with 14k gold so it looks and wears like solid 14k gold at a much more affordable price. The gold does not wear off and with proper care it will look beautiful for a lifetime.

All jewelry is packed in an anti-tarnish ziplock bag and shipped in a gift box. Please continue to store your jewelry in the anti-tarnish bag to keep the metals as shiney as when you recieved it!

I use high quality materials to make my jewelry. However, all jewelry needs to be cared for properly to prevent tarnishing and breakage. Below is a list of no-no's if you wish to keep your jewlery beautiful and whole!
Don't wear your jewelry in the shower, bath or swimming. If you sweat a lot, wipe the jewelry off gently with a soft cloth before returning it to it's bag.
Take your jewelry off before bed time or during heavy physical activity.
Apply your make up, perfume, hair spray, etc before putting on your jewelry.
Use the anti-tarnish bags provided with your jewelry for storage. Make sure that the jewelry is dry before putting it in the bag.
Use the plastic wire nuts provided so you don't lose an earring!
