Absolutely. We love creating new designs and custom pieces. Send us your dimensions, inspiration photos, or ideas, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are handcrafted in our New York shop using high-quality, locally sourced, American-made steel. We do not use factory-imported products.

What is the best way to mount your pieces?

We always recommend mounting our pieces directly into wall studs whenever possible, especially for heavy-duty applications. If a stud is not available, drywall anchors may be used; however, weight capacity will be reduced. Please be mindful of the amount of weight being supported. For brackets with support bars, we recommend using a hex-head screw and wrench for installation. Because all installation surfaces vary, we strongly recommend consulting a professional installer if you are unsure about proper mounting methods.

Over time, metal may naturally oxidize or develop surface rust depending on humidity and environmental conditions. Raw Steel / Clear-Coated Steel Raw steel finishes may develop surface rust over time. We recommend occasionally using a dry Scotch-Brite pad or steel wool to remove oxidation if needed. Some customers choose to apply: Rust-protective paint (such as Rust-Oleum) Beeswax or similar protective coatings Powder-Coated Finishes Powder-coated products are protected during the finishing process and require very little maintenance. However, if the coating becomes chipped or damaged, exposed metal may rust over time.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee Original shipping costs are non-refundable Custom sizes and custom orders are non-returnable Returned items must arrive back in original, undamaged condition. Please package returns carefully using protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, missing mail receptacle, or delivery issue, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Do you include mounting hardware?

At this time, we do not include mounting hardware because installation surfaces vary greatly (studs, drywall, brick, masonry, etc.), and we do not want to provide incorrect fasteners for your specific application. We are always happy to offer general recommendations based on your installation surface.

Do you offer Military Discounts?

Are the brackets sold in sets?

Unless otherwise noted in the listing, our brackets and corbels are sold individually. Many customers purchase pairs depending on their project needs, so please review quantities carefully before ordering.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed due to the shipping system we use. Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

I purchased my items but now you have a sale... can that be applied to my order?

Sale pricing applies only to orders placed while the sale is active and cannot be applied retroactively.
